Senior Marketing Communications and PR Manager (New York)

TagMan is seeking to hire a relentless communicator and a relationship person with relevant industry media and PR contacts to drive PR excellence as TagMan’s Senior Marketing Communications and PR Manager. Reporting to our SVP of Global Marketing, you will contribute individually and also leverage PR agencies and other team members to raise the profile, reach, frequency and awareness of TagMan, Inc. in North America, the United Kingdom, EMEA and all target markets. You are technology savvy and will be responsible for developing and delivering a proactive PR strategy and promoting TagMan through all forms of communication. Key responsibilities include a non-stop effort to seek and filter through ‘press worthy’ or ‘campaign worthy’ ideas from TagMan’s internal subject matter experts, from within TagMan’s customer base and from our partners and industry analyst community.

You will source and develop the ideas, write compelling copy or scripts and ensure TagMan’s key messages are communicated via all available formats (print, case studies, webinars, blogs, infographics, social, picture, video, podcasts, etc.) and across all platforms including the PR newswires, targeted industry media outlets, slideshare, pinterest, social networks, TagMan customer newsletters, partner newsletters and other channels.

This team member should have the ability and confidence to leverage and push multiple PR agencies, media contacts and colleagues to achieve the company’s aggressive PR goals. This individual will have significant responsibility and should have demonstrated the capacity to hire, develop and lead teams.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, execute and own annual ‘all-channel’ communications plan and calendar, including quantitative goals and success metrics.

Liaise with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations on an everyday basis via telephone, email and networking; Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.

Summarize program objectives, audience, key messages, and go-to-market timing to sales and marketing.

Manage our Global PR and Marketing communications budget.

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop themes and material for marketing initiatives. Identify and leverage internal assets in the development and delivery of communications initiatives.

Manage customer marketing program and team to secure customer references for sales, media, awards, press releases and case studies on a global basis.

Ensure all content promotion activities are coordinated across channels including social promotion (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and email.

Help write speeches, presentations, content for the corporate website, blog posts and other positioning and marketing materials.

Repurposing content into new forms including blog posts, emails, podcasts, videos, Slideshare and ebooks.

Source, hire and manage marketing and creative agencies for maximum productivity and cost effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Senior Product Marketing Manager

TagMan is looking for a rock-star Product Marketer for a Senior Manager role. This person is a critical member of the TagMan team with key responsibilities including the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for key products and services across Tagman’s market segments. This individual would be expected to drive product launches, TagMan’s positioning in market and competitive analysis. Our ideal candidate will have a record of success in B2B SaaS software product marketing and product management environments, delivering measurable results. This team member should have the ability to work enthusiastically with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve company goals. While initially an individual contributor, this individual will have significant responsibility and should have demonstrated the capacity to lead a team. This is a high impact position.

Responsibilities:

Develop specific marketing plans and activities for TagMan’s products and market segments

Conduct product requirements gathering, build business cases and gather feedback from the business on prioritization as a liaison between product management and sales/client services

Sales Support Engineer (New York)

We are currently seeking candidates for a Sales Support Engineer role to join the Sales and Client Service team. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales force. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
